Ritual Washing of Hands

Fill a large cup with water, pour it three times over your right hand and then three times over your left hand. Lift your hands together and say the following: 

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל נְטִילַת יָדָים. 

Barukh atah Adonai Eloheinu melekh ha-olam, asher kiddeshanu be-mitzvotav ve-tzivanu al netilat yadayim. 

Blessed are You, LORD our God, King of the Universe, who sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to wash hands. 

Dry your hands.
